Victoria's T-Cakes were a favorite of Queen Victoria of
England who reigned from 1837 to 1901. The original recipe was developed
by Elizabeth, a servant of the Royal Family, and has been carefully passed down
from generation to generation. Read the history of
Victoria's T-Cakes.
Elizabeth's great-great-great-great-great-great-great grandson, David Nelson,
carries on the tradition today. David and a dedicated staff carefully bake
and ship Victoria's Tea Cakes from their baking center in Portland, Tennessee.
Don't know what a T-Cake is? T-Cakes
are amazing (some say addictive!), bite-size dessert cakes that are slightly
sweet and slightly chewy. You can taste the fresh butter in them, and
you'll love the pecans and powdered sugar on the top. T-cakes are perfect
by themselves or with a cup of tea or coffee. You and your friends will
love Victoria's T-Cakes!
